Soffieria Sestese is located in the northern area of Milan and internally manages the following roles:

Construction
In Soffieria Sestese, we build tailor-made systems and we work on standards projects to be implemented in order to meet any need.

Production
Our motto is "manual skill". Being able to build systems more and more complex and efficient is one of our daily challenges.

Assembly
With the help of the workshop and all the experienced employees, each plant takes shape under the careful supervision of the project leader managers.

Instrumental Laboratory
Electrical and electronic equipment are built in order to grant a proper management, functionality and data collection of borosilicate glass 3.3 plants.

Glass-blowing
Soffieria Sestese covers the entire range of standard, customized and special products up to DN 600, capacity up to 400 liters, according to its own standard and to international market standards.

Packaging
In Soffieria Sestese we take care of packaging, too. A packaging done in a proper way is important to allow safe transport to the plan,t without damages.

Shipping
It is entrusted to partners with proven expertise which allow on time delivery, with the highest quality.

Test
Plants are tested during assembly step in Soffieria Sestese (FAT) and then tested at the customer site (SAT).

Support
Soffieria Sestese's support team is available 24 hours a day. During the contract phase, it is possible to define a planning for maintenance checks.

 

SPARE PARTS AND REPAIRS

In addition to our manufacturing activities, we provide our clients with standard or tailor-made spare parts. Our spare parts are produced in accordance with international standards from new and old catalogues. Thanks to our qualified international freight forwarders we can guarantee on time worldwide delivery.

Our repair services are another strength of our company. We offer scheduled maintenance contracts on standard or tailor-made plants, including those provided by other companies. Our mechanics department is fully equipped and qualified to work on every detail of our clients’ plants, to adapt and/or assemble components made of plastic or steel.
